I speak from experience when I say that TOP is going to lose the argument and then go back to doing the normal shitheaded activities we condem them for.
It doesn't change.
But it makes for a fun thread... so I'll do nothing to impede it's progress.
It's already been stated that someone was using the commander hack to drop the vehicles and that it wasn't Jamez.Des.Kmal wrote:

USMarine, check your PMs.
Do we have a clue who the hacker was, and is there any way for admins to find out who they are if they are on the server at the time?
Edit: btw, I'm skeptical about the hack because in none of those shots there are cars falling or car drop icons on the mini-map.

Add me on Origin for Battlefield 4 fun: DesKmal
Then it might have been the enemy commander doing it. Car drops done by the other team do not show as vehicle drops on your minimap. Any idea who the enemy commander was?Flaming_Maniac wrote:

And no, as far as I know there is no way to know who the command hacker is.
Except they he is MEC, and the car dropped was a Vodnik not a Hummer. I'm not saying he's guilty, but atm the evidence points against him.ThomasMorgan wrote:

The Car Drop hack can be done by anyone who is on the server, not just the commander. anyway i dont know who was commander that roundFlaming_Maniac wrote:

What evidence? You don't even have to be the commander to use a commander hack. Go brush up on your knowledge of an issue before you make baseless accusations.Flaming_Maniac wrote:

You guys know more about this stuff than I do, I can say it took the amount of time it normally takes for the vehicle drop to reload. If you are using a hack, do you have to wait to drop or can you drop whenever you want?
Evidence against him:HeimdalX wrote:

It was a mec vehicle drop.
The mec commander was Jamez.
While this hack is common, it's not on every server.
The commander is the most likely person to drop a vehicle. Again, hackers are not everywhere.
Vehicle drop icons disappear a view moments after the car hits the ground, so no icon could mean just that.
Evidence for him:
It could be a hacker.
Hmm, you mean that evidence? Get your head out of your ass.
I'm not sure exactly, but because of the insane ammounts of drops at one time I think it's whenever you want.usmarine2005 wrote:

So your evidence was that he was commander and he was there.Defiance wrote:

You were there too.
Maybe it was you. <---I did go there.
The evidence that people were in the Hotel while a vodnik was being dropped to them by the commander, seeing as there was no indication of a hack in those screens. I know how the hack works, and there is no way to know there was a hack there helping them. The accusations aren't baseless either, those are some pretty explicit screens. Also interesting James hasn't showed his face here, no?HeimdalX wrote:

Edit:
You idiot, he doesn't have the star, and in the second screen Jam3z_18 is clearly the commander. Maybe you should actually look at the evidence before making flase accusations.HeimdalX wrote:

He didn't even take the screenshots. USMarine posted them, or did I miss that?Flaming_Maniac wrote:

And why didn't USMarine get in the EMPTY vodnik and stop the guy from doing it? Oh to get a screenshot. Blow up the vodnik next time or stop complaining.
Hey HeimdalX , all I wanted was the guy kicked / warned. There was no admin on so I posted it so they would get on there. The guy was in his own squad and in the hotel, and the commander ( or someone) dropped a vehicle for him.

Guess not.
