BF2S Forums Weird Ribbon Glitch ???

No idea, it is a holiday weekend so these kinds of issues will most likely not be tended to by EA/DICE until next week at best.

I didn't have a problem like that...Raxor, what was the easiest way for you to get that SF Crew Service Ribbon? I suck at flying the chopper, but I can gun like no tomorrow...any thoughts?

The awards system is so buggy in SF, I had 20 odd kills in a round as assault earlier and no badge, then next round I get 6 kills and get basic assault.

Also I have 5 hours as Navy Seals and have played all maps with Seals on and still dont have the ribbon.

i got it in a tank on surge, the rebels just kept coming at me with rpgs, was a farily long round as well

EDIT: how i got the crew ribbon was when i was flying the hind on iron gator, was letting the gunner get all the kills, plus he was resupply - he had some ammo bags already out so i got a couple ability assists that way .

Why is this game called BATTLEFIELD2 and not BUGSFIELD2 ? i wonder what those Beta testers actually test !

i think they need to talk to those beta testers coze as proven in the past , battlefield is the most buggy game in history


still i like the game though , but i would like it even more if it had 10% less bugs already

I actually got mine while gunning, not flying.  On Iron Gate, or whatever teh one with the ship is,  if you get control of the ship gun, you can just fly around and kill like theres no tomorrow.  That is where I got my ribbon.


There is a definite bug in medals, ribbons, and such.  I get a notice on occasion that I received an award, and then it never shows up in the BFHQ.  EVER!  This happened to me twice when I was learning to fly the heli.  I was so pissed, I had worked for hours to get that badge, I finally recieve it, and poof,,,,,its like I never got it.
