To get into |TOP| you must get invited to there Team Speak by a member that is already in |TOP|
Not everybody is let in, there is a vote for all |TOP| members to vote in to whether or not they will let you in or not.
There is not a main leader in |TOP|, people that take a leadership role set up there own projects within the |TOP| community.
Kiddnapings, kiddnapings are done on other accounts that have been newly created so its not statpadding on people, there new accounts and they userally get wiped less than 24hours later.
Kiddnapings are done for FUN, whether it is at your expense or not, this can be classed as selfish but if you look on the funny side its rather amuzing but everyone has there own opionons on this, and thats fine.
Stat-padding, if a |TOP| member or members decide to statpad there account why would the rest of the |TOP| community care? its there accounts and there points that will get wiped whether they care or not it does not hurt the rest of us.
