It's my most played map to, i hav 200+ hours on it, but, oo dear god it is thee worst for assholes, from readin this thread I see I am not alone. Getting that J-10 is a flip of good and bad, yay you have thee most dominat vehicle in the game, oo dear theres, hmmm let me see, 5 guys standing, a sniper on route with his m-95, theres that tank on his way for a look, and ooo dear theres a frigen colonel on his way to drive a car straight into me.
Seriously though, the ONLY time I have ever seen the american's get on the island is because there is a stalemate at the airfield, it is sad really because wake is an awsome infantry map to, though the jets and helis sure do dominate, but, often there are battles on north and south so they cant come in on both so there is some cool hand to hand combat to be had.
Every map and server has its issues, most are caused by the little kids, but wake seems to be thee worst for it, particularly the wake insomnia servers. I managed to get my expert aviator there, but since I have that now, I dont feel a jet is worth the 3+tk's to get it going. Tv2 is better, though again, theres the same issue.
