I earned mine so long ago that I forgot how and why I got it...
did you play every MEC map as USMC? I found that is what was needed. I had a few maps I always played as MEC, and you need to play them either as USMC or as both.

Go play a map with MEC in it and it will appear in your stats. But I'm not sure on that.specxops wrote:

A teammate has not got his, found a thread somewhere that claimed if you played EF before getting it there was a bug that never let you receive it, even though you have the requirement.

You only have one win on Zatar Wetlands that might have been as USMC? perhaps go and play this map as MEC and get a win as that team.
Clean Sweep and K damn are low wins as well, try them if Zatar doesn't get you it.

I'm in the same boat (as indictaed by Use0fWeapons above). It's been suggested to me that I try playing all the MEC maps again, as MEC, and playing through to win.
Can't say whether this will work or not as I haven't had a chance to try it out myself.

Call EA and give them a peace of your mind since this looks like a bug.
you dont actually get awarded it in game it just appears. like i only got my chinese ribbon and i played the final level last night
ill try that useofweapons thanks for helping its probly glitched tho but hey not like that ribbon takes skill to get anyways
