OK i have a question ever sense i have started the game my bfhq has been at 0, is there any possible way with any of the files to get it so my bfhq works again?
so bfhq shows nothing at all? Or just no numbers?
its there but all the numbers are at 0 they show nothing about me going up in ranks or anything
so can anyone help?

I agree with the person who said email EA. Though they may not give you that quick of a response, you should get one. Does EA have an IM help service? Perhaps you could turn to that.
