Alright I've tried to get this sucker for a long time and I finally got it. I got it in a pretty unusual place where most people would not even dream of getting more then 2 repair points.
Iron Gator
Alright to all the other dudes who are struggling to get this sucker find a Iron Gator server preferably the Gauntlet and hope for a half bad mec team and a not too good your team. Key is to get on the Essex and shoot around piss the choppers and the guys on the shore off so they hopefully get the Apc and start taking out the essex. Get your head down and start repairing. Once you are done repairing hop back in and shoot around some more. Luckily the APC stayed in the middle of the water and kept firing on the Essex and after a long ass time repairing I finally got it. I think Fat_Swinub got it too since he was along side me the whole round repairing I think he got like 26 repair points or so.
