ERRORn -  "You Must Have PunkBuster Enabled to Play on This Server"
WTF causes this problem as this is the second time in less than 5 days that this shit has occured. This problem seems to occurer when joining a server and then its crashes @ verifiying data (not CTD)
I know how to fix it (full reinstall, by removing everything inc profiles), but its a fucking pain in the arse reinstalling, patching, setting up everytime.
Any ideas as to what is causing this problem?

Go to http://www.evenbalance.com and downlad the updater for Punkbuster...  I use it for all Punkbuster games & it keeps everything up 2 date & no lag issues either...

Make sure you have the Punkbuster Box Checked at the bottom of the Page before joining a server..

Make sure you put the .exe in the pb folder located in your main BF2 folder & run it from there...

It does not need to be in PB folder to run the PB updates u can run it from desktop, it will place the files in PB folder it self

Didnt know that...  I was told to put it there & I have always done it that way...  Figured it was easy that way...  No Biggie...

I got the same problem and the manual update didn't change anything...so I guess I'll have to reinstall this bullshit....
...If someone got another idea...tell me pleaz
