You don't. Just make an educated approximation of the mean estimation. (Fucking guess dude.) You'll get better at it as time goes on.
yeah the sights don't help at all, you've just gotta practice until you get a feel for it. but just promise that you won't go and become one of those people that uses it like a shotgun at close quarters...
for people that are medium distance try to hover the sights just above the target... Practice in single player, and yes, try not to run around on karkand like a retarded cockhead blasting whoever spawns...please..
