Well its a year old game and ite EA so no there wont be any more patches after BF mechwarrior comes out.

i'm sure there will be a 1.41 soon afterwars to fix all the mistakes they made in his one = )
They`ll never get it right, so will need to keep releasing patches, but with 2142 coming out they might just give up. Personaly i think we`ll get 1 or 2 more after 1.4.
i think it will be the last patc but bugs wont be solved
The last BF1942 patch was released I think Dec 2004. That's about 8 months after the release of BFV. BF2 is only a year old. I for one definitely expect another patch (or 2).
most of you play pc games correct?
whenever you have a franchise. patchs are released in the lifecycle of a game while it is normally most popular. when the game twindles, or a newer one comes out. update's arnt usualoly added at all. if they are its not very often
this is normal for any software vendor.
