If you're serious, then Nitro was a moron who posted a screenshot of himself getting promoted on the forums (to Sergeant Major). The problem was the original screenshot had his hack turned on...you could see everything. The second, edited screenshot was the same picture with a leet MS paint job.
I am so far away from that I don't even know what you have to do to get it...
