The way I see players calling themselves leet because they bunnyhop, prone jump dive, prone spam/jumping while strafing sideways, and still score heatshots from 50 metres away from you. Goddamned action boys...
Some ideas i thought that might be nice to keep players fighting on the ground rather than flying in the air like pansies.
-Tweak Jumping capabilities
-Reduce Jumping height. Its pretty difficult to jump clear over someones head, even more so when carrying guns, ammo and equipment.
-Remove midair control. Once you've commit yourself to jumping to a direction, you can't really change the direction you are moving at. Nor can swivel your body around very well midair either.
-Introduce jumping delay to remove the hopping in quick sucession.
-Other tweaks.
-Introduce delay/movement restriction whilst proning to get rid of strafing pronespammers. Hopefully 1.4 will do that.
-Introduce accuracy/recoil/dynamic crosshair penalties when low on stamina. Its difficult to control your weapon and aim straight when you are tired. Perhaps it will force players to save up their energy for the fight rather than bounce around like kids who found their mother's prozac.
If you think these ideas suck, please don't take away my only karma point, they are suggestions after all...
