no. I just could not find a better term explaining how I believe American Laws interprete Freedom of Speech more loosely than most other countries I know of. But that is of course up to every Lawmaker himself.

I remember a story on CBS a while ago about two twin girls singing nazi songs in the US, even with commercial success ( there is a thread about it somewhere in the community forums, I believe it's called "I am disgusted" ). As a german, I am always bewildered how such Neo-Nazi mindsets seem to develop in the US so easily these days. After all, you fought the Nazis not so long ago. Does no one remember that in Kansas ?

I think many of us reading this topic can agree that what the person said about "gassing jews" is distasteful.  I think mnay can agree that they may not wish to see this type of thing while they are playing there game.  The one point I am surprised to see that no one has made yet is that a person can do ANYTHING THEY WANT TO IN A GAME SERVER. 

If the server that person is playing on has rules mandating that type of conduct, then it should be reported to an admin of ther server with a screenshot to backup your claim. 

If the server does NOT have rules mandating that type of offensive conduct, then the best thing for you to do is leave that server and find another one to enjoy.  The game you enjoy playing in liesure is not only on that server and as you have stated you are well enough experienced about life to understand that unfortunately those people do exist.  If you do not like it, then simply remove yourself from the situation if the situation cannot be removed from your prescence.

Enjoy the game and don't let some immature person ruin your gaming experience.

  but for someone saying " gas the jews " I would say no. I would of roll my eyes back shake my head and keep playing. If he was on the other side, hunting him down like a dog he is and kill him over an over.
but to ban someone for thier way of thinking. Then shouldnt you be banned for not letting someone practice thier rights as a american? Which is worse?
