I did not found anything on the search function.

Anyways I dont know if many people know this but here goes.

I have heard many solutions to the red/blue bug such as logging in and out and such.

I whas the victim of the red/blue bug lately as teammates constabtly tk'd me.
I simply joined the other team and all whas well. I did this various times, with results.

I hope this might help you guys in the future.

Are you sure your teammates had the glitch?
Sounds like a simple but effective solution... If your cover has been exposed, just openly admit you're from the other team...

Yes they said my name whas red . They suggested I logged in and out. Insted I just swapped sides, worked aswell.

Sorry, probably I wasn't explicit enough... Do your teammates like you?
Furthermore, I always believed the red name error was some kind of unknowingly-being-a-spy-in-the-other-team thingy, but your team was onto you... I only saw the error with other players, it never happened to me, so for me, I can still see the joke, but if you've been the subject of EA's little prank, probably its all gallows humour...

you know what's really jacked...i was playing last night and there was a guy with a red tag in the attack helo on daqing...the aa would lock on him but not hit him and the players tab showed him on the other team...YET, he was indeed on our team...i jumped in the helo with him and it showed the pilot as red and me green (in a squad) and all was well...it was absolutely ridiculous...
