Well, awhile ago, I bought a game guide for BF2. There is a picture of a sniper with his gun resting in between two rocks on top of the building in the Square. How come I don't have these two rocks on top of the building? It provides great cover and a perfect area to hide.

Why don't I have this? Is it just because I have to run every setting on low?

What gives? Anyone else with this?

As I know, game guides are made while the game is in beta or production. So what you see in the guide doesn't always make it in the final release.

pretty sure having your settings on low isn't going to prevent rocks from being on top of a building

you need to take the rocks up there yourself, first you find a suitable rock, then you have to press G to pick it up, the original rock will stay cuz the game can't render it disappearing for everyon but you'll actually be carrying a copy of it, then climb the building you want and hold alt to select the rock and keep it selected and while you hold that press f4 to lay the rock. this is a pretty secret trick so don't tell too many people

Unfortunatly due to some stupid programing in the 1.3 patch, everytime i try that, i get a CTD. It's really annoying.

I've heard you wont be able to do that after 1.4. Ea have nerfed the rocks.

AND... if you hit fire when carrying a rock, you throw it forward and can 1 shot kill people!

Also, try grabbing it, then holding Alt for 10 seconds. On the tenth second, hit F4 and you'll gain 10x health, 5x sprint and triple health! Its a built in hack!

You have to set F4 as your rock button in common contols before that will work.
