hello!

i was readin through some internet forums where people said that using anti-spyware and so on makes games run better.....well, i believe them, but what programs are they talkin about? Could anyone please name me a couple of programs which "clean" my Pc and make it run faster?

For free, a combination of:
ad-aware

and spybot:

…does the trick nicely. A combination, since ad-aware has been reported to be not completely successful ever since they started selling their product, and my personal experience is that spybot also tends to be "almost" perfect.

This is the one a use for the moment, but it is not freeware.

Of course there are others... So if anybody disagrees... Just hit me with a (mmmh, this one is dedicated the Dave) Cowbell...
