It's on all sorts of different maps, the only one I can think of right now is on Wake at the airfield, but you can't use them. It was going to be an easter egg that you could use them, but it didn't make it to the final release.

If you go into the music Files in BF2...

There are sounds of all the soldiers saying "enemy Wheelbarrow Spotted"

The commander one is the funniest.. cause he says "enemy Wheelbarrow Spotted" then Screams as if he got ran over.. funny as shit..
