After reformatting my Hard Drive, I'm thinking of installing BF2 again today to get back into it.

But I seem to have forgotten in what order to install BF2, the patches, and BF2:SF

Help..?

BF2 then SF and then the patch(s). It helps to just get the full blown patch, meaning go download the "Full Patch". DO NOT lay in patch's without having both Vanilla and SF installed or you will have to do the whole installation process all over again! Hope it helps!

There are what... atleast five incremently patchs all together, there might be six? Any ways, the latest and greatest is 1.4! Now, you can get the full patch for free from file cloud, but because there is so many patchs to the full patch it may take some time to down load the full patch. but trust that it will be worth it to you to do so!

I have not been on to upgrade to 1.4 but it was suppose to be released on the 15th of this month!

Hm..so is 1.4 the latest, or is it still in beta? Coz I dont wanna fuck my bf2 up with betas or any shit like that, it's already going to fuck up if I tamper with it at all.

That is correct, but like I say I have not been able to see if 1.4 is out yet. They said it would be ready by the 15th and it is now the 20th. But you know how they work at EA/Dice! Anyways go to filecloud.com and see, it will tell you either the full patch to 1.4 or the full patch to 1.3. It will also tell you 1.4 BETA, you don't want that one, so down load 1.3 FULL PATCH if it is not out yet!
