We didnt ban you for commanding, we banned you for being abusive. You were banned on our Special Forces server and for some reason the ban didnt carry over to BF2 Vanilla.
You were mutinied by a clan member because he didnt like your commanding. It was what you said to us after that got you banned. Our clan is not going to put up with abusive players and your ban is premanent.

thats fine by me. Quite frankly we dont want people who abuse us (i dont mean just calling someone a noob. I mean a full bloated attack on us)
I remember a similar topic a while ago about the Project Aus server, it seems a few people have coplaints.

So, one of your clan mutinied this guy out of command because he personally did not like the way he was commanding. Then you permaban him for getting upset about it!?!?! I play on Project Aus Servers, i think they are a well monitored server, the people here that think they has done the wrong thing are for getting why he was banned ABUSING the right to play on the server + the right to be commander we dont know wether it was artying friendlys or hacking, he abused the write as commander and now he is paying the penlty.

i played on there sf and vanilla servers there alright, but there high points servers so i dont want to play on them.
as i have said multiple times. It was not just getting angry about it (everybody gets angry) we let that kinda stuff go. We booted him for abuse because he went on and on about it. We gave him warnings and he ignored it so i kicked him. I did this in the best interests of the clan and server because why should an abusive player be taking up a spot when a perfectly fair and nice player not be able to join. The RoE states that i am allowed to kick for abusing. The fact that my own clan member mutinied him had no effect on me banning him. If you guys just didnt immediantly condemn servers because one person cracked it at us then maybe you might have a more enjoyable gaming experience. Every good server is gonna have someone who gets banned and then complains to everyone about it. I don't care what you guys think about the server because I dont need your support for the server. I get more than enough emails and messages to me every day saying thanks for the server to keep it going, and a couple of people that have never even played on the server who start abusing me is not going to change it.

I personally like servers that are monitored very well, I just want to know what this situation was? It would stop allot of flames if they would expound on what happened!

From the OP to even yours it sounded as if your clan booted him from command and then permanently banned him for getting upset. If your going to defend your server, then give the whole story! Well after he was mutinied he came into our squad, let the abuse rip for a little bit. Most of the squad couldn't hear it because of teamspeak but i heard it loud and clear. He then continued on on the text chat after he left the squad and we gave him multiple warnings but he didnt care (sounded like he didnt believe i was admin) and so we kicked him. I would like to note i had a couple of people enter the squad and complain about the guy during the course of the game. Now i don't see how i have done anything wrong for moderating the server.

On a side note eMarine, You get on my server with that S**T I will boot your ass too! I can see getting upset and defiantly asking why, but people don't like abusive players. We are all playing to have fun not listen to you rip every body in a squad!

what exactly do you mean by teamplay? Do you mean we encourage working as a team and playing for the team and not the individual? Yes, but we wouldnt never kick, mutiny, ban or warn any player for playing for himself. Everybody does that occasionally. Anybody that isnt playing in a clan is almost always playing for the individual and not for the team win
