You pay for the Server, then you can do whatever you want IMO.

I have played there many times, always well admined and fair play.
And why would you want to play on an Aus server when your from the US.
Theres plenty more servers for you.

You're incorrect - you were MUTINIED for commanding. Why on earth were you hogging the APC on th edge of the map while commanding? We were getting smashed by enemy armour at the time, and you were hogging the APC! Plus, we were getting kind of tired of you artying temmates, it kinda of pisses you off. The fact that it took under four seconds (no joking) for the mutiny to suceeed is a testament to that.

Then, you decided to mouth off at us. You were abusing the admins - paticularly ME and rockr for getting you out of commander. We told you to cut it off. I WARNED YOU OVER BF2CC TO - and I quote myself - 'CUT IT OUT'. You were REPEATEDLY warned to STOP or get banned. WE DO NOT TOLERATE ABUSE OF ANY KIND ON OUR SERVER - ESPECIALLY TO ADMINS. As I remember, your response was 'bring it bitch', and so you were banned.

yeah there had to be something wrong there i could not see eMarine doing anything wrong i have played with him and he's good to play with he is a good Team player and obivioulsy he is a good commander.... If he got banned....

That's what I want to know. We do not accept abuse (definition of abuse: 'fuck you you piece of crap' and 'lol you pussy' - over and over and over again). We DO warn people (the first guy we banned for abuse had a total of SEVEN warnings, all of which warned of a possible ban), but we simply don't want dicks and asshats on our server.

Well, when he was playing he obviously wasn't commanding properly.

I repeat, the guy we warned was not called 'eMarine'. He was called 'vagrant.Hezbollah' or something along those lines. He was a private first class. The things that really annoyed us were:

The fact that he spent 10 minutes in an APC on the edge of the map commanding. e.g. not moving.
The fact that he artyed us.

But are you going to flame us now because he got mutinied?

I know - but do you do it continuously for ten minutes? That's what pisses us off. And usually you do it over chat, which is much more harmless THAN IN VOIP.

We're Aussies, I think we knwo the difference between banter and abuse. Banter only happens once or twice over a round. Abuse is CONSTANT.

I posted in public so then the topic might die down a little bit (you would think sparks posts would incite some anger among all these people who have no knowledge of the matter yet continue to act as though they know exactly whats going on). The first time, I was on their SF server, it was Warlords. It was under another account. Even though it was a corporal, I still had command experience. I had asked one of them to take the Insurgent main, at that point they started a mutiny on me. After asking why? They told me I was doing a bad job, and called me a "Wanker" I did call them asshats or something to that extent. After being mutinied.

However on day 2 I looked up a random Sharqi server. And started to command, after which I was asked if I was the one who got kicked a day before. And was told, to mind my manners and I did. Then when we got the us team down to two flags TV and hotel, I was kicked. To me its like when admins kick you for taking their tank, Jet or Heli just lame.

Hm. As far as I heard another admin banned you, because I think there's a policy to keep the same banlists for BOTH servers.

Actually the reason he posted here is because I was IDLING on teamspeak - and I'd just left the game. So he must've assumed I was on here or something, I dunno.

As I said if you want to appeal then go to the proper forum. Don't go whining about it here, 'CAUSE NO ONE CARES.

PS I just got official permission to go absolutely spastic here

Plus I still don't think you should have been banned. You LITERALLY ASKED FOR IT. I WARNED you over Bf2cc to STOP. And you said to bring it, ban me etc. etc.
