I met a guy that works for EA at the ballgame last night. During some of the slower points we began to talk about our BF2 moments of ownage and other BF2 things.
On the way home I realized that most of the guys at EA are really into the games they make and this guys made it sound like they are into BF in particular - they are big time fans and players of the game.
So I came to the general question....
Do you think that most of the updates/fixes really come from listening to players?
or
Do you think it is more like....
A developer gets owned by a noob tube a lot so in their meeting they say... "Next patch must have a less poweful nade launcher!"
Owned by Tanks/Jets/Helis ...."We need an infantry only patch!"
Owned by Medics/Snipers...."We need a no medic/ sniper option!"
Basicly do you think Developers Patch the game to whatever THEY think will improve the game or mold it to their patricular playing taste, or do they listen to us.
