Hold your horses there cowboy.  Are you thinking the lack of a checkmark means he didn't fulfill the requirements?  I just went through my own stats and not all the checkmarks are showing for ribbons I have been awarded.

Edit..

I see he does have some glitching/cheating going on though.  Doesn't have time in service to get the Legion of Merit Ribbon.

Valorous Unit Ribbon, he only has 20 and 21 of the 25 hrs needed. That makes 2 ribbons without the time qual filled.

In this time of EA screwups and Chuy working to fix the feeds. I would not rely totally on this site until it is fixed. Look in BFHQ for the correct time or whatever requirments he is missing. I agree he may be a stat padder by reading what you have already posted. But who really cares? Doesn't effect me in anyway. Nor any of you if I am correct. So chill and play the game that what it is there for not to run your life.

But he really is a stats padder, he already has on of the hardest to get Expert Badges: The Expert Knife Combat Badge. I saw a video, how they get knife kills, his stats for the Knife says everything I think.
