No, Essex guns are team locked. PLA/MEC can't use the Essex guns.

Support is going to be more difficult than I thought (I've unlocked the PKM though). I was in a really long Karkand round and got 17 kills, which is a personal best for me on the support class. Although, I did end up with 48 team points so perhaps if I spent more time a'killin' ;P
