What do you like playing as? This is not a poll because I actually want people to post.

I like defense more, actually. Suprised me. Running off with a medpack in your hands through arty and APC fire on 64 kark gets old and killing the same two people over and over again at your main is somehow funner. Excuse my poor grammar, more fun.

Mainly when they call hacks. They were driving up in a hummer, I launched a eryx out hitting the driver window. Killed the driver and gunner, not damaging the hummer which I used to drive of in. Very fun, when they said I botted. Yay.

I'll stop tooting my horn. What do you guys like?

Defense. I like doing things that I know will help the team, and not just hop from flag to flag.

True. I shot a tank twice with AT, I didn't have an angle on it's tracks so i needed one more and the guy hopped out like it was flaming. Roffels. So I kill him and an engie on my team repairs and proceeds to own with the guys tank. Woot.

Depends on the mood. I'm usually on vent with a bunch of guys that prefer to attack, damn the consequences, meaning I have no choice.

If I'm playing on my own, I'll just go around shooting people, but at least try to keep a flag to spawn at. I prefer longer games that are won more by ticket bleed, then because the other team was so un-co they couldnt even hold a flag.

i havent really figured it out yet. i just moved from css to bf2 and found that i love running around killing people in the alleys on strike at karkand. it is always intense action and thats what i love.

i like offence more. i dont have enough patience to defend. i like running around enemys and capturing flags. then working my way back flag to flag. if they dont have a cluey player on there team recapturing behind me you can close in on them until they have one flag left.

i love being in a squad that is holding one point by themselves. one time on operation smoke screen, me and my clanmates plus 2 other people were holding the north cap point as MEC, so we were right outside of the EU base where they kept getting a dozen tanks. the rest of our team was all back at our uncap. these were the only 2 points we had. our squad was 4 AT, a support, and a medic. we kept getting bombed to hell by artillery and tank after tank after tank would come driving in and we kept them held back somehow. this went on for the whole round and no matter how many tanks came in (sometimes 4 or 5 at a time) they could not cap the point. it was soooo much fucking fun.

BF2 is having many issues ATM so dont wait for anything special, but i prefer defense as a sniper usually but some times i play offense just behind the line providing sniper cover for my team. Offense in a jet to.

I bet that was sweet. If I'm in a squad full of people actually playing as a squad, I don't care if we're defending or attacking. I always have a good time playing with other people that like to play as a team.

I love playing offense, you get tons of points, and you help the team. Defense prevents you from losing, offense wins the game. Defending is great, and I do defend. However, if you can force your enemy to defend one flag, you can get the rest and punch their tickets.
