Why havent they fixed the sniper rifles yet?

It's really annoying me now.

Double reloads, no reloads, no reload animation. Scoping only to have the rifle go all over the place and then unscope, then me being shot in the head.

The other day I was playing on mashtuur and ended 35-2, I was on top of the golden dome on the mosque and I went through 6 clips without seeing the reload animation once.

The m95 is unreliable, the amount of times I've had a dead on headshot on a prone player, only for it not to even hit, then maybe even 2 or 3 times more.

i feel ya. sometimes im in a pinch and im scoping another sniper only for it to go unscope then scope then unscope AGAIN, and im like wtf as i die. other times i get that no reload animation so i never know when im ready to take another shot.

Did you check the 7th vector valve? It might be sticking.

When i fire, i dont get the charger animation, that happens alot. And sometimes when its reloading, i dont see the gun reloading, but i can hear the sound of it reloading. And when i go to fire, it had to reload again. And i get the scope, unscope, scope thing, when my ping is high.

Theres nothing wrong with sniping on bf2 and, dont use the M95 if you cant hit shit with it ?

Nope, not much. I dont use the m95 anymore because its shit. cept for noob ejecting.

There is a lot wrong with sniping on bf2.

Graphics glitches, all of them. I don't see much of them. Perhaps its something with your system.

And as for your complaint about the M95, it has always been difficult to aim, but if you know what your doing, its far from unreliable. You just have to be particular with your shot placement, and account for your movement, target movement, and your surroundings. Keep practicing, and you'll get the hang of it. You just have to work.

Play a little longer and you might notice them with 269 hrs of playtime it might be hard to see it as you are still excited about the game.

the reloading issue, and the scoping problem are both lag related, the m95 hit issue happens to everyone, dont worry about it, if you use the l96, you most likely wont have a problem, i never have.failing that, use the m24, possibly the best sniper rifle in the game, for the style of sniping i play

Im on 5 ping 99% of the time, I hit 9 while torrenting and playing, and i have the same issues...

you know i just realized how hard it is to use the M95. Almost 80% i was sniper i was using the M95, and needless to say i didnt exactly hit so often, let alone get kills( more like ALOT of kill assists ). I just assumed i need more pratice but yeah whatever. Then i unlocked the L9, and whoa behold, i was hitting everything in 200m and each round i used it my k/d ratio was almost 2:1, which is pretty rare for me

also the svd does that little odd scope movement every 4 shots or so, Its like really bad kickback.
