i see on the stats leaderboard 'rising star', what the hell is that. anyone???
its the rising star!!!
For as far as I know it is not very clear how it is calculated, but last thing I've seen was something like your performance over a determined time frame compared to the previous time frame. Hence, somehow representing your in game performance increase. The top people in that list are those whom increased the most in skills and are thus the rising stars.
However the logic and use of this number has been discussed before, and generaly regarded as of lesser use.

it is you score for the past week compared to your total score overall
ie : you scored 10000 points last week,
your score before the week was 5000, your rising star % is 200 percent or double your score up to that point.
