probably asked a thousand times before but he we go any how, what are the critera for getting someone on your victim list?
They have to be your Number 1 enemy..
IE - no was has killed them more then you in 1 round
IE - no was has killed them more then you in 1 round
It is kills in a row in a round. There are other threads that go into detail about it.
