You should not be able to punish for teamkills when killed by claymores. unless its at a spawn point. too many times do you set them up at the top of a ladder and someone on your team climbs up and sets it off. you have a visual warning that you are near them, so why should you get punished for someone else just being stupid. i agree you should still lose points for it, but not the extra for a punish.
you should also be able to shot and destroy claymores. you get killed if you are to close but im sure they would go off if you were to shoot em...

This has always been my opinion. The punish ability should removed after 5-10 seconds. Furthermore, stepping on one should count as suicide (-2). Same for regular mines.

Perhaps there should be an audial varning in addition to the red skull.

Then if someone still keep suiciding on them the instructor's voice should be activated, gently telling him he's a stupid cow.
