Okay, so the first set of unlocks come with BF2 (m95, G36C), and the second set (FN2000, P90) come with BF2 Special Forces. But you don't need Special Forces to see, both in game and in BFHQ, or use these unlocks (picking up someone else's kit) as well as you don't unlock them in Special Forces, but in regular BF2?

I tried to understand Ubar's guide but it confused me more .

You don't particularly need to own SF, just to have played SF. You can login to your acct on a computer that has SF installed and then, later on your non-SF installed comp, login and unlock the SF weapons.

EDIT: Basically you have the right idea.
