So I go on top of this building and there's like a crowd of USMC in a circle jerk or something, so I walk around and knife them all while they were shooting down at everyone else. I got 4 kills, then I hop down and kill a medic and the guy he revived as well as the support guy laying on the ground in front of him. So I move on to get my explosives badge and I lose my connection. GAY!

And he should have known its due to the 1.3 patch, if people like this kept read up then they wouldn't feel the need to vent to a bunch of people who don't really give a shit.
Ya, that guy put me in my place real good, I've never had anyone type at me like that before lol. Besides, 7 knife kills in a round is harder than 30 plane kills, especially in a 64 player Gulf of Oman. And I know it's the 1.3 patch. I'm not retarded and I have played other EA and SOE games with shitty patching before.

The first time I got my knife badge I finished the round, started playing the next round, and then quit BF2. I guess the server must have crashed after I quit because it never appeared in my stats. I was a bit peeved because it took me so many attempts to get it (yes I know - I suck).
Don't stress Sneakers, at least now you know you can do it ;-)
Anyway I've got mine now, and better still, I got it after the 1.3 patch came out so I got the expert straight away. Patch 1.3 saved days of my life being taken up with trying to get 18 kills IAR with a knife, but that's the only good thing about it.

Ah yes horrible thing server crashes 130 points gone just like that, however it is a heavensent sometimes when you have a really bad kdr .
