Hey all.
I've noticed an issue with Iron Gator on my box: yesterday I hopped on the MEC attack chopper (64 player version) and the pilot went along the border to face the flight deck of the Gator. As soon as we took off and were over water colored dots started appearing in the sky. When we got closer polygons started stretching everywhere.
My specs are:
AMD 64 X2 4200+
2048MB Kingston DDR2
ASUS EN7900GT PCIe 256MB
MSI M2N-SLI mobo
520w PSU
I also had the stretching polygons appear in another game, so I promptly fired up the nVidia Control Panel to check my temps. I went in again, reproduced the problem and immediately went back to the Control Panel. The temperature was at 59ÂșC, which as far as I know is within standard operating temperature. I didn't get a chance at measuring the temp during Iron Gator.
The problems on Iron Gator persist. The card has only been installed for 3 days. I have the latest drivers installed.
Any idea on what's up, and how to fix it? I'll be back in a week, hope someone else got the same problem and fixed it...
