Take a look at my stats...Can anyone tell me why I am not a First Sergeant?

you probably were missing one or more badges to earn it. FS is an "advanced" rank that requires several badges PRIOR of having 20K.

if you don't have the required badges before you reach 20,000 points, you're not awarded first sergeant, and if you reach 20,000 points before you get the required badges for the first sergeant rank, you WILL NOT be able to get the first sergeant rank EVER. you'll be at master sergeant until you reach 50,000 points for your next rank. there have been many topics on this already, please use the search function.
