To me, this statement simply refutes everything you've had to say about the Battlefield 2: Special Forces arsenal. The AK101 is one of the most superior weapons. Two shots from this six-shooter and you will die. In a comparison with the USMC counterpart, the stopping power is simply unmatched in every capacity. The mere downside is that the AK101's level of precision is only a fair notch above average, whereas the accuracy of the M16A2 outperforms this MEC opposite only slightly.Sud wrote:
Hey tardo the amazing, up until SF, the US and MEC assault/medic rifles were PRACTICALLY IDENTICAL.
This is why I say to keep your opinion to yourself. You don't have a CLUE.

3. You could have been using it for 5000 hours and it wouldn't make a lick of difference because you are a ticket liability and you do not understand how to use the weapon in such a way that is PROFICIENT and that invalidates ANYTHING you have to say on the subject.
Jax, you should take some medication for those delusions. There is barely anything on your account that you achieve a positive ratio with.

Ok, I'm going to stop putting you two nincompoops in your place now and defer this thread back to the original poster, such that it doesn't get completely derailed with your nonsensical babblings.
Yea, you talk funny Sud. periodically preposterous I say I sayKynon wrote:

I love it when these guys try to sound really articulate and use words they don't really understand...
I'm not saying I'm perfect... I'm far from it, in fact... But I don't use words I don't understand unless I have to, in which I use a dictionary to check.
Trying to sound sophisticated will quite often make you look like a real idiot... Especially when you're dissing someone else...
Keep it up, Suddy-O... It's hilarious.
this is beyond fair with his opinion, he has stated that he belives the guns are what they are, it dont matter what his kd ratio is or what his score is even, your score and rank mean not alot, u can pad your score, u can be a tank whore or pilot who never sees ground fire, he stated his opinon and i agree with it completely.Sud wrote:
Well dshak, when you can get that 0.57 ratio with assault rifles up to at least 1.00, maybe then you can offer an opinion that's worth reading, eh? You don't understand the intricacies of the weapons until you are at least productive in a game with them.
Dont worry DSHAK, Sud Just needs a girl to play with his dingaling. Lets forgive him and wish him well.dshak wrote:
wow, look at all those words... none of which I read. for the benefit of the admins, who hate this kind of off topic crap... I will stop posting in this thread now. super sud, the allknowing mega hypocrite, has put me in my place.
If you are talking about Strike at Karkand, the USMC on a 32 player map have 1 Tank and 1 APC and the Mec have 1 Tank!!!!! Thats not balanced, I have alittle under 200 hours in SAK and half my time in game is in a tank but the rest im on foot. Im not the best and never said I was the best but with almost 450 hours in game I think I know alittle about it. No I not saying that im better then you I saying that you are talk mostly out your ass and you have fun thinking that you are cream of the crop but in reality you are the creame of the crap.Sud wrote:
1. Tanks and APCs are balanced. Newbs complain about "tank whoring". Pros switch to anti tank and beat the tank back so far he's hiding behind the UAV. Not to mention, the only thing you're able to do with a positive ratio is sniping. At least tanks actually expose themselves to enemy fire instead of cowering away on some mountain or rooftop somewhere with all flanks mined up.
But the MP7 is for Engineers, not Anti-Tank. So comparing it to the AT weapons is kind of an odd thing to do, I agree with you on your point though. It is better than the MP5 and PP19.the mp7 is way better than the mp5 and pp19 no comparison to an autoshotgun.. faster fire rate more dmg better accuracy
It is spelled SERGEANT son. When you grow up and have a chance to serve in your nation's armed forces you'll need to spell it correctly as these SERGEANTS will be all over your pimply face trying to make a man out of you.Sud wrote:

i got no problems with it because i am the one using those guns:DS=Unit92 wrote:

I had a chance to play on my buddies computer yesterday and it's very clear that SF weapons are quite superior to their vanilla counterparts.
The medic gun is argueably the best weapon in the game, very little recoil, excellent against unarmoured infantry (almost always a 1 burst kill), ok against armoured infantry (this is it's one disadvantage), Great at long, medium and short ranges. Medics are now the best lone wolfs in the game, I can drop some medpacks and stand and snipe all day long, or I can pull some ninja shit and wipe out three guys tryign to take a flag before they even knew I was there. I love the G36E and the only disadvantage I could find in the weapon was the armor penetration... but if you're aiming for the face that's non-issue, it takes 2-3 bursts to the chest, 1 to the face. I easily tripled my ratio as medic.
The SpecOps gun is another favorite of mine, it's almost completely silent and when prone if you give about 500ms it NEVER misses, it's always on target. It doesn't have good armour penetration but you don't need it in single fire since they can't hear where the bullet is coming from you can squeeze off the extra necessary round. Full auto it's not bad either, low recoil (not anywhere near the G36's but good enough.)
The Assault unlock is an upgrade in almost everyway too. Noob Toob + Scope + Almost completely Silent rounds (sounds like you have taco shits,) and again it's one failing is armour penetration (are you seeing a trend here.) While the armour penetration is mild, it's still a 1 hit kill with the GL, which appear to load slightly slower than it's GP-30/M203 counterparts but not much. Any disadvantages though is offset by the scope and very quiet firing, it's good at sniping and then if things get hairy you can just switch to GL and noob tube it up.
I didn't get to test the support gun and only breifly used the Engineer MP7, this gun seemed like the only sensable upgrade out of the ones I used, and that's only because the shotguns suck so much except in the occasional CQC and if it had not been for this fact I would say, given to any other class would have been a downgrade, typical of the Engineers getting humped by EA.
I know some of you are going to say "Well I paid to have more skill than you" or something very similar. FPSes are supposed to be a test of quick wits and responses not who managed to pay the most. If I wanted a game that you could get skill for paying I would be playing an MMORPG. Weapon unlocks should provide variety not superiority.
Yes, you are correct on that. No excuse for that either - an example of poor map design by EA, and a constant reminder to us all why it should be highly insulting that EA and Dice wasted time making an expansion when so much of the original content is flawed. If you are talking about Strike at Karkand, the USMC on a 32 player map have 1 Tank and 1 APC and the Mec have 1 Tank!!!!! Thats not balanced,
If talking out of one's ass is possible, I think that this jumbled bit of incoherancy would be a perfect example of it. Can you come back and post when you're not intoxicated please. Or at least when you can get your point across without sounding like I.R. Babboon? No I not saying that im better then you I saying that you are talk mostly out your ass and you have fun thinking that you are cream of the crop but in reality you are the creame of the crap.
Pimply? Can barely remember back that far. My job as it is is to create software. You know, that computery stuff that helps your guy's "Sergeants" keep from accidentally dumping the load of WP on themselves, rather than whatever third world country you've got your sights set on siphoning oil from at the moment. When you grow up and have a chance to serve in your nation's armed forces you'll need to spell it correctly as these SERGEANTS will be all over your pimply face trying to make a man out of you.
My assault rifle with the standard BF guns for medic was 1.23. It's now up to 1.48 and still continuing to climb. And this is with only an hour per day to be able to play due to a faulty internet connection. As my previous statements said, G36E is god, it's only disadvantage is close range armoured units, but since I'm medic almost all the time I'm hanging back so it's usually non-issue. It's fun dropping medic bags under yourself then sniping with it it's very confusing to snipers that hit your 4 or 5 times with an M24/95 and wonder why you won't go down.
