Hello fellow BF2 players out there! I am getting the error message LOCERROR_cdkeynotvalid when I try to login to BF2 servers after updating the game! I have done a Google search for this error and I cannot find anything on it. Would anyone be so kind as to suggest some resolutions for this? I have tried re-installing the game completely from scratch already and tried re-entering my legitimate cd key but it still does not work! Thanks
Hey just for anyone out there Googling this error message ... it happens if there is an incomplete installation of patch v1.12. I have defragmented my hard drive, which allowed me to properly install the patch, and it's working GREAT!!! (48% file fragmentation is BAAAD) LOL ... anyway, I hope this helps someone
