Try to play commander on almost empty servers late at night and make sure you´re on the winning team ^^

I recommend this thread - http://forums.bf2s.com/viewtopic.php?id=6101
a guy who got the GOLD comandr badge tips away gold. 100% must for commanders.

64 player maps on a 32 player server. Better when the server isn't full either. The key is you want really long rounds.

Agreed.  My highest commander score was 202 on Strike at Karkand.  It was a 32 player map with 12 out of the possible 16 players there.
However, I think it also requires that your team not suck.

Since the commander score now rests firmly on the shoulders of your team, you just hope you get a good one.

- Look for Server with maximum plavers 20. You will get a 32 Map, 200 Teckets, and lognger Playingtimes.
- The longer the round, the higher your score. The best situation is, if both teams are even. If ont team is only holdening one flag, the tickets will decrease, the game will be shorter, your score will be less.
- Dont put the atillery strike onto carriers. The reason: It wont give you points, and the game will end sooner.

So, in general, if you want to have a good score, you dont have to help your team to winn as fast as possible - you have to increase the playtime to the maximum and than win with 1 tix : 0 tix. Strange, but ture.

Play on 64player 24/7 karkand servers as USMC.

By doing that i came from 1000 cmdr points to about 17000 in a little less than 2 months.
