Ok so I've searched for like the past 10 minutes and found nothing. Wondering where everone gets their fonts from. Post!

I am a graphics designer myself, and it can be really hard to find a good free font!

Try google using the following example (which is looking truetype fonts in open indexes) ...

If you find a site that has a lot of fonts and you use FireFox .. then try spiderzilla (http://spiderzilla.mozdev.org/) to pull the entire bunch down, mass unzipp all zips, search for all fonts and dump them into ur font dir (assuming windows)
Once you get the hang of it you can hoard tons of fonts. I used ot use dingbats a lot until photoshop supported shapes.

Might I add that Extensis Suitcase is the perfect solution for font management. Prevents your Windows loading all fonts at once (in my case ~14.000)
