photoshop cs2. if u wanna get good at it, i suggest you go to a gfx website like gamerenders. the sigs in my signature space are from months ago. u should see the sigs i make now. too lazy to update

The Gimp program liquidator linked to is free, and pretty good.
You should try Photo Impact 10.
That is what I used to make my sig. It doesn't have as many bells and whistles as photo shop but In my opinion it's easier to use.
