I've been accused of hacks before, I've been votekicked against, etc etc. I've never been banned or warned though, I take care of what servers I play on so across the playing feild I'm friends with the admins.

I then proceed to get in a J-10 and shoot them down 3-4 times. After the fourth, they both [at the same time] disconnected. Another Pwn* joined my squad for a second, left the squad, and disconnected.
Ah now I remember, one of them was "Catalyst" apparently the clan leader according to their forums. If that's their leader I don't want to know the rest of the clan... I'm tempted to go post my SS on the forums...

looking at your stats i'll say you play mainly on knife pistol servers so owning someone doesn't really count does it Nyte

Couple things to say here on this topic.

3. When you have a LIST of servers that you have been kicked or banned from, there is a problem but I don't think it's with the servers.
4. With a 34 kill streak you weren't owning enough!
5. Yes some disagree with the rules that some servers have, and that's your right. We ( =[LLC]= ) put ALOT of thought into the rules we've made, there is ALWAYS a VERY long discussion about them and then it goes to a vote. Bunny hopping is on the list because it is unrealistic and quite dumb if you think about it. And well it's our right to have the rule if we choose to. If you don't like it well why play on the particular server.
6. You should ALWAYS read the server rules on the load screen or that are spammed across your eyes. You are a guest on someone elses server that someone pay money for YOU to enjoy. Respect it!
7. I am an admin for =[LLC]= and we just don't get all "high and mighty" to kick someone. In fact prior to the kick there is a BREIF discussion on TS about it to make sure noone has a problem with the kick.
8. The only bans are usually only for explicite language, exploits, hacks, or intentional TK's for vehicles. And if those banned post on the forums and show a little respect and maybe that they understand the rules well then the bans are lifted.
9. Bunny Hopping- yes they are somewhat helpless, then why do it? You wanna look stupid? I shouldn't waste the rest of my clip to have you land and shoot me, it's no realistic and it's the rule. Get over it.
10. There are a few clans that join us on our server for some fun, yes we get owned quite often (to often...lol...) and that's the challenge and make it fun. FAZED, =kado=, [1RD], OTD, and others frequent our server for the way that we handle ourselves and our server.
11. I also understand that there are alot of servers that act the exact way that "Nyte" has claimed. I've been banned and kicked before. But you should just choose to not go back. But to bash these clans/servers when they don't know to depend themselves. Kimme a break Nyte. GROW UP MAN!
You should do something useful with that notepad, maybe make a list of servers that are good that you could post for ppl to actually enjoy.
Ok I know some of those immature posters will now have there way with this post and well so be it. Those that matter will see the light and for those who don't, well quite frankly we really don't care.

While all of Nick's points are good ones, I particularly like the one above. When YOU dish out $300+/month for a 64 player ranked server and deal with all the crap that goes along with it, you can make up all the rules you want (or lack there of). If people don't like the rules or the other players, why not find another server?! LLC follows all the RoE for running a ranked server and have never violated them. Last I checked, there were HUNDREDS of servers out there and I don't see any reason to complain about a server (or the clan who runs the server) who probably pay more monthly than what 95% of the teenagers who play this game (who bitch and moan the most) "earn" for a yearly allowance.
In other words ... don't walk into my house, take a shit, then complain it stinks. We'll kick (not ban) on that alone. And without people like us (who pay for a server), there would probably be 10 out there.
