I was just watching a few solo heli movies and for some reason their helo doesnt spin when theyre in the TV screen with no pilot. I mean they would sit there for like 30 seconds too...
Is there some trick to do this? Im sorry if im acting like a noob but i just want to know if it's anything i can do.

they either just sit there on the helipad, tilted sideways so the helo rests on the propellors and doesn't spin, or when they're in the air... i duno

I have no idea, i can't think of a reason why the heli woudn't spin

I dont know what u are watching but they all start to spin after 2-3 sec.
they just line up with the target, hit F-2 then right mouse button ans shoot it very fast.
When they get back to be the pilot u can see they are spinning...

Tilt the chopper forward and it won't spin... but it'll go into the ground in well undder 30 seconds.

In the videos did the choppers have 14 rockets in the pilot's seat? If so then they filmed it before patch 1.2 when solo choppering was incredibly easy as

-the chopper didn't start spinning... you could put it in hover and switch

-the TV missiles had a much longer range

I cant remember which patch it was but pre 1.x the helicopter did not spin when you switched to seat two. I think.... then again, i may be imagining it

u have to get the heli just right then it does not spin i did it once but i cant do again for some reason

If your soloing you can stop the spin to a certain extent by tilting your chopper to the left a little, although that still doesn't get rid of all the spin.

I think 1.12 was the last patch in which the chopper stayed still when you switched seats.
