When I set my resolution relavtively high, instead of making things more detailed, it makes the viewing area bigger than my screen! When I do this I can't see the enemies tickets or the beginning of messages. How can I fix this?
your monitor must not be able to support it so it somehow works and just lets you see some of the screen. id try new drivers anyway...
New drivers for the monitor or graphics card? btw, I'm running a Geforce 6800.
For the graphics card. Also, check what the Max res. is for your monitor.
THe max res. is 1280x1024.

you could also just not... increase the rez that much ;p.
after installing drivers and it still does same thing ... see if you can adjust the width/height on you monitor (manually) maybe its set wayy big somehow... although usually its the opposite problem.. (leaving wasted screen space)
