Should you get more points for killing a General than a Private?

What if they had fractional points and then rounded it up at the end of the round?

eh, but if people notice a general in a vehicle (which a lot of them seem to be) or commanding (easy kill) they would be targeted because the point bonus.

i would say you should at least get 2 points for a kill as a minimum with rank bonus added on, but fractions suck.

Sounds interesting but it would be messed up for the 4 star generals....there'd be like 20 guys chaseing them around lol.....reminds me of MINE 2....rofl

It is a good idea, but it will never work.  You should definately get more points for taking out a tank/apc/chopper/jet though.  At least 5 for a tank.

The scoring system for UT was based on the score of the person you were killing, but the difference was that you didn't have a rank symbol right above the guy's name allowing players to target people on this basis. So I think it would have to be one or the other, not both.

Sounds like a good idea, but I don't think it would work, unless maybe they did what babyspinach said add more health and ammo as you rank up.

I like that idea to add extra point for knocking out  a tank / chopper / jet.
