Why would China and Russia join in? They have no reason to.

Not to mention there's no reason for the US and Canada to go to war...

But say they did, Britain wouldn't side with anyone. Although "they like their bases in Canada" as you said, they wouldn't want to go against the States. It would be a one on one war, with no intervention by anyone. The UN would place sanctions on the US, but they wouldn't do any good.

Seriously though, why do you think Mexico, Russia, and China would join in? What do they have to gain?
