You OBVIOUSLY have either a SLOW connection, or you are utilizing MOST of it before you start playing...
Option 1:
*Turn of AIM or whatever IM program you use
*Turn off ANY and ALL P2P software
*Stop downloading PORN while playing the game
Option 2 - Look into (or tell your parents to) gettting a better connection
ALSO, the loading time might be your PC.... not your internet connection.... For instance, I have a pretty nice system, with 2 Gigs of RAM... loads fast as hell.. My brothers computer, has 512MB of RAM, and not as good of a system, and uses the same connection, but load time is much longer....
