I was just looking thru the Rank Requirements (for something to do) and have realised that there are no
Command Requirements for the General Ranks. It seems odd that this is missing as one assumes that to reach this rank one should have SOME sort of time spent commanding others in the Field.

I guess not, i mean, i don't know, the game's ranks aren't realistic in the first place

i mean, you can become a Captain without ANY time in a plane... when Captains fly planes in the army (if i'm not mistaked)

The command req isnt needed, but that 100 hrs in armor is bullshit.  Just got my colonol today, but all the bf2 accounts will prob be erased by the time i get the needed points for brig gen.

You're kidding right?  Ok.  Let me correct you on a few things here.
1.  The game is based on the Marine Corps, not the Army.
2. 1st and 2nd LT's fly F35 or F14's not just Captains.
3.  The ranks in bf2 are realisitic and are based on the Marine Corps ranks.

You mean all those company commanders I had missed out on learnin to flys da plane? What a tragedy. I. Must. Hunt. Them. Down. To. Inform. Them. Of. What. They. Missed.
