Did you get hit by teargas earlier in that game? The small amount of time i played SF, me and my freind were joking around with teargas and the sandbags looked like that everyonce and a while.
no its a glitch - i get that all the freakin time. in fact, most recently i got it on jalalabad so its not sf-specific.

Oh yeah, it was only a couple of rounds, and it was a LONG time ago...I think it happened because I used alt-tab to get to the desktop...
