Alright, im running norton 2006 and bf2 1.4 and ive got a problem. every time i start the game it minimizes me and norton pops up asking me if i want to "block or accept". i click accept and maximize the game. 2 seconds later it does the same thing. if i dont make a selection, however, it lets me continue playing with no problems. i dont mind doing this but id really like to not have to do it at all. anyone having this problem? anyone have a solution? thanks
Open Norton, go to status and settings under Internet security, click on personal firewall then configure.
In the new window click programs then add. It will have you look for the program(BF2), make sure its the exe. and click open. Make shure the internet acces rule for it says permit all.

you need to goto you're setup in norton, somewere you are able to make it to were it is not suppose to bother you. If you select that it wont completley solve you're problem, but it will only bother you once or twice a day instead of once our twice every 5 minutes.

OR.. you could Simply just get rid of Norton... Trend Micro is Much better and not so resource Heavy as Norton.

f*cking Norton, I just disabled the worm detection, it was the only thing that would prevent it 100%
