Do i have to register my MIRC after 30days have passed? I also have another question. Does mirc inevitably reveal your ip address?

you can get a slightly older version of xchat off the xchat site for free aswell

They want you to, but you can just wait and click the button.

And yes, unless you register your nick and mask your hostname, people can know your IP address. But who cares? Seriously, my IP address is 71.222.38.80. It doesn't really matter if people know your IP.

As for mIRC vs. XChat, I've only used mIRC and I love it. *shrugs* Been using it for many, many years.
