well i played this morning with my friend josh...ranked server... for sure. check my stats after around 1 and a half hours...still at 3907... WHAT! i know i got around 30 points in one round, maybe 20 in another, (im a bit rusty), so i should have more than 3907! even bfhq didn't update! what gives here?

First off, read the FAQ but to answer your question the server you were on was probably faulty and didnt send your scores (or anyone elses on that peticular server) to EA.
