BF2S Forums Your connection to the server has been lost

I searched but I couldn't find anything that matched exactly what I am experiencing. I patched to 1.4 as soon as it came out. I have been playing fine up until tonight. When ever I join a server i get about 30 seconds into playing time and I get the "Your connection to the server has been lost" . I have not made any changes to my PC since this error started appearing. I get this EVERY time I connect. BF2 is the only program that is having "connection problems". I have done a complete unistall and repatch and it's the same thing. My pings are fine for the brief period I am in the game. Any Ideas?

Edit: I should add that I am running Vista, but I have been for some time now.
