Hello, i rented a server for awhile, having found it very frustrating on other clan servers due to all the mini hitlers controlling my game lol, my server was hardly populated when i had spare time.
Just wondering if it wud be worthit to rent 1 out again as my friends have now quit the game,
in the new patch 1.4 i noticed it says this:  Front End - Multiplayer & Co-op - Players on server list can include Bots instead of human players.

Does this mean i can play ranked BF2 with server bots==meaning my server will always be populated  with bots, then more players will come?

please help thankyou.

ok thx, any1 else had this problem?,  or any suggestions on a good trustworthy server for teamplay i should play on instead? ......JUST WANNA PLAY AND  Complete this damn Game without  all the Grief, that goes on in a dictatorship of gang rape lol...

Generally, just play pub servers.... Usually the admins are more lax, so there's no problem. Or at the VERY least avoid clan servers. Usually the "mini hitlers" you describe are 12 year old clanspeople with too much time on their hands, and not enough respect for other people.

You don't really NEED your own ranked server, it's nice that you have one though. It's REALLY tough to fill a small server mind. You may be better (and cheaper) off by finding a clan of likeminded people. At least a couple of them should be old enough to know the value of money as someone is paying for the clanserver. So play with those people, maybe join the clan, and then YOU become one of the "mini hitlers".

Seriously... Stay away from clans you dont know... I mean at least dont play on their servers, it's a real hazzle finding a good clan server. As I dont want to be bossed around, I haven't found a clan myself, so I prefer to play on pub servers.... This is also good. But many pub servers are not very heavily admin'ed, so be aware that people may exploit this and break rules unimpeeded.

Either way, thses are decent alternatives to paying for a server... Espcially since you still need at least 5 other people to join it for the game to start....
